The ceiling is made of Ficem board with the exterior eaves painted with flat latex paint. The roof of the main house, including the porch and the lower roof that covers the toilet and bath, is made with GI roof sheets that already includes a box-type gutter. All units also come with a provision for an uncovered carport without concrete flooring.
The Multi Pod unit comes with a floor area of 25 square meters and a minimum lot area of 45 square meters. This one-story, one-bedroom unit has provisions for a living room, dining room, kitchen, porch, service area, and one toilet and bath. Multi Pods are four residential units built side by side. The two inner areas are technically priced lower than the outer area, as they lack the provision for expansion. This unit is perfect of singles and couples.
The Twin Pod unit has a floor area of 28 square meters with a minimum lot area of 65 square meters. It has almost the same features as the Multi Pod unit, although this one comes with two bedrooms instead of just one. This type has two units instead of four units stacked side by side.
The Bungalow Pod, on the other hand, boasts of a minimum area of 75 square meters and a floor area of 30 square meters. The Bungalow Pod is evidently much larger than the Twin Pod though they have the same features. The only difference is that this one has a larger porch that measures four square meters instead of the Twin Pod’s three. And because it is built independently of any structure, this is the property type that can be easily expanded to maximize the lot area.
The Carriage Pod is a two-story one-bedroom housing unit with a ground floor area of 27 square meters while the second floor measures 24 square meters. The total house area is at 55 square meters with a minimum lot area of 75 square meters. All features are similar to that of a Multi Pod unit, except that the bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and everything else are located upstairs. The ground level is an open area which can be used as a garage or whatever it is that the unit owner desires.
The Twin Home unit is a two-story property with a provision for three bedrooms. The ground floor area measures 25 square meters while the second floor is at 19 square meters. It has a minimum lot area of 65 square meters with a total house area of 28 square meters. It also has its own living room, dining room, kitchen, porch, and service area, with a single toilet and bath. It looks much like the Twin Pod, only this one has a second floor unit.
The Single Home unit is a prized two-story property that has a ground area of 30 square meters with a four-square meter porch. The second floor measures approximately 22 square meters. It has a minimum lot area of 75 square meters and a total house area of 56 square meters.
